Leaving Elma

Today was a great day it was very foggy in the morning but, no rain and starting at 44 degrees. Cold! I have decided I am a fair weather traveler I get tangled up in my shorts and jersey and jackets and base layers and with full finger gloves I can't manipulate anything, with that said, my future trips will be to warm climates only.
We had 78 miles to achieve today and we had Tail Winds and the skies cleared up. We rode by some beautiful lakes and saw deer in people's front yards.
Zulma had mentioned that people in Washington do not keep their dogs fenced in and we experienced that today one tried to eat Ursula's leg, another attacked Sherry's bike, another little yippy dog came running after me. And when we stopped for a break the cutest, friendliest dog came over to us and hung out. There may be a photo of dog on Facebook .
And of course my favorite part of the ride.  16% down grade how cool was that. : )
